Your information is used solely to process your application, communicate about the diploma, and send relevant updates about Fassla Tech programs. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

How we store it

Your data is stored securely on servers located in the European Union and protected by industry-standard encryption. We retain application data for up to 2 years after your last interaction with us.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us on WhatsApp or at info@fassla.net.

Cookies

We use minimal cookies — only those necessary for the site to function (session management, theme preference). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Terms & Conditions

Acceptance

By applying for or enrolling in the Business Automation Diploma, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with your application.

Enrollment

Enrollment is confirmed only after your application is accepted by Fassla Tech and full (or first installment) payment is received. Applying does not guarantee a seat.

Attendance

Students are expected to attend all sessions. A maximum of 2 absences per batch is permitted. Exceeding this may result in not receiving the diploma and being required to re-enroll in a future batch.

Diploma requirements

The official diploma is awarded upon completion of all modules and successful presentation of the capstone project. Partial completion does not qualify for the diploma.

Intellectual property

All course materials, case studies, and content shared during the diploma are the intellectual property of Fassla College. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without written permission.

Conduct

Students are expected to maintain respectful and professional conduct throughout the program. Fassla College reserves the right to remove any student whose behavior disrupts the learning environment, without refund.

Changes to the program

Fassla College reserves the right to make minor adjustments to the curriculum, schedule, or instructors. Any significant changes will be communicated to enrolled students in advance.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us on WhatsApp or at info@fasslasoftware.com with your full name and the reason for cancellation. Refunds are processed within 3 business days to the original payment method.

Batch postponement by Fassla College

If Fassla College postpones or cancels a batch, enrolled students will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to the next available batch.

Installment plans

If you are on an installment plan and cancel after the batch begins, remaining installments are still due. The no-refund policy applies to installments already paid.
